If such circumstances occur and affect the performance of our obligations to you, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible, and our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of those circumstances. When delivery of the products to you is affected, we will arrange a new dispatch date with you.

Unless you request otherwise, all products you order will be shipped via the service and at the cost indicated to you on this website prior to confirmation of your order. The products will become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address indicated in your order. You will own the products once full payment has been received from you.

Warranty Term: Unless a different term is specified for a specific product, the products published on the site and displayed at physical points of sale have a warranty term of one (1) year.

To make a warranty claim, the user must send an email to info@inesbellorez.com, stating:
1. Full name.
2. ID card.
3. Telephone.
4. Email.
5. Description of the purchased product.
6. Detailed description of the alleged defect that the product presents, with evidence thereof.

The product that is the subject of the claim must be presented and/or sent to the facilities of INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS or wherever it indicates. INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS will make the necessary validations and will respond to the user of the process that will be applied, within a period not exceeding three (3) business days counted from the receipt of the claim through the indicated email with full compliance with the requirements and the receipt of the product that is the subject of the claim. In the event that it is found that any of the conditions for objecting to the warranty claim are met, and/or the warranty period has expired, INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS will inform the user and will make the revised product available again for it to be claimed. In order for the Warranty to be effective, it must fully comply with all the conditions, such as:

• Validity of the warranty.
• The damage to the product must be due to a manufacturing defect.
• Product in optimal hygienic conditions.
• The warranty begins at the time of purchase, determined by the invoice date.

None of the above will apply in the event of evidence of misuse by the customer. INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS will not have the right to repair, replace, or refund the product under the legal warranty. INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS products are for special use and are not designed for heavy-duty work. Contact with water, perfumes, soaps, and other chemicals should be avoided when using them. Likewise, the consumer must comply with the care instructions provided at the time of purchase for each garment. Therefore, INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS is not responsible for the normal deterioration of a product or for damage it may suffer due to carelessness or misuse. Products that have already been manipulated by workshops or other third parties, or that present changes or modifications from their natural state, as well as damage caused by improper repairs and cleaning, do not apply for the warranty. They must not present changes or modifications from their natural state.

Payment reversal is the right available to consumers who purchase products or services through e-commerce, such as the internet, PSE (Service Provider), call centers, and any other telesales or virtual store, as well as offline channels. This right allows them to request a refund of the amount paid in exchange for the return of the purchased product (when applicable).

The Payment Reversal request can be made by the purchaser or the payment method holder.

10.1 To make the payment reversal effective, you must verify that you are in one of the following situations:

1. When the purchased product has not been delivered on the scheduled delivery date.
2. When the delivered product does not correspond to the purchased product, does not comply with the characteristics attributed by the information provided about it or those that are specific to it.
3. When the delivered product is defective.
4. When the consumer has suffered fraud.
5. When the charge or payment for the products corresponds to an operation that has not been requested by the consumer.

10.2 Once you verify that you are in one of the situations described above, you must verify that you meet the following requirements:

1. That the purchase was made through a non-face-to-face sales channel (our website, WhatsApp, or telephone).

2. The purchase must have been paid for using a credit card, debit card, or any other electronic payment method.

3. Submit the Reversal request in a timely manner, that is, within five (5) business days following:

• The date on which the customer should have received the product;
• The date on which the customer received a product from INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS that was defective or did not correspond to the one purchased;
• The date the customer became aware that they were the victim of a fraudulent transaction or an unsolicited payment.

• The reason or cause for which you are requesting the reversal.
• The value for which you are requesting the reversal.

• The consumer must inform INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS that the product will be available for collection in the same conditions and at the same place where it was received, thereby fulfilling the obligation to return it.

10.3. Notification to the issuer of the payment instrument: Within the same period of five (5) business days that the consumer has to file the complaint with INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS, he/she must notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase through the channels available to it of the claim related to the acquisition of the good.

10.3.1 Disputes between INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS and the Consumer regarding payment reversal: In the event of a dispute between INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS and the consumer arising from a complaint and this is resolved by a judicial or administrative authority in favor of INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS, the issuer of the payment instrument, together with the other participants in the payment process, once notified of the decision, and whenever possible, will definitively charge the disputed transaction to the corresponding bank deposit or payment instrument or debit it from the consumer's checking or savings account, and the money will be made available to INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS.

10.4. Partial reversal When the purchase corresponds to several products, the consumer may request a partial reversal of payment for those for which any of the events mentioned in paragraph 1 occur.

10.1. The consumer must clearly state the value for which the reversal is requested, which must correspond to the value of the product or products for which the reason is presented.

By making a purchase through this website you have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following the date of delivery of the purchased product or the date on which delivery was attempted without success. To exercise this right, the user must fully identify themselves and return the product to INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS in the same condition in which they received it, that is: without having used it, with the original packaging and attached documents, and in perfect physical, aesthetic and mechanical condition.

The return may be made through the same means by which the product was shipped, or by taking it directly to the address provided by INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS. Shipping costs to the location indicated by the user and any other costs incurred in returning the product will be covered by the user.

11.1 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• When purchasing products whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS cannot control;
• When purchasing products made/prepared according to the user's specifications or personalized;
• When purchasing products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly, or that are perishable;
• When purchasing products for personal or intimate use.

11.2 Other aspects regarding the right of withdrawal. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised and the indicated requirements have been met, INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS will reimburse the amount paid by you within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days. The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the user when exercising the right, or by physical delivery to the address indicated for this purpose, at the user's choice. If you opt for physical delivery, when claiming the money you must fully identify yourself by showing your original identification document, which must match the one registered at the time of issuing the purchase offer, and sign a receipt as proof of satisfactory reimbursement of the money.

The maximum period to request an exchange is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products. Please note that the product must not be used, must not have been modified, and must be in perfect condition. It must also contain the original tags, accessories, and packaging. Exchanges are not accepted for products purchased at a discount, on sale, or customized. Additionally, the exchange must be for a value equal to or greater than the product's value, in which case the customer will pay the excess value. INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS will respond to your request within 15 business days, via email or other means deemed appropriate by INVERSIONES PRIBE SAS and authorized by you.
